Career Camp
The mission is to guide students on their career paths. Spend a week getting a peek into the real business world. While you explore future career options, you’ll also work with a team to learn more about yourself and your career interests.
Financial Literacy
One of the greatest challenges our younger generation faces is a lack of financial literacy. It affects us personally, it affects our communities and it affects our economy. The financial literacy program will walk students through a learning process that helps them better understand budgeting, savings, debt, career planning, investing, insurance, taxes, and more.
Vision through Vision Board
The mission is to visually see our goals mapped out to inspire and encourage us. Let's build and create our short-term and long-term goals through our creativity.
Surviving College, Cooking Course
The mission is to teach a few techniques to survive the college dorm room lifestyle.
College Tour
The mission is to take students around the DFW area, giving them a first glance tour of our local campuses. During the College Tour session led by on-campus admission counselors, you will learn about academic programs, student life, admission process, scholarships, and financial aid, and chat with an admission counselor. A campus tour immediately follows the information session.
One with the Earth,
Healing through Nature
The mission is to take a moment to walk through our park life and be one with nature. Taking a load off from life to take a breath of fresh air and see all of the beautiful wildlife and nature. Smelling the roses in life is truly important.
Planting Program, Gardening
and Planting Life
The mission is to help our youth become one with the earth. We believe that teaching our students the importance of planting and growing helps promote healthy eating habits.
Express Yourself
The mission is for young people to express themselves through arts, music, poetry, where they find a powerful tool for self-expression. This helps t uncover inner strength, and deepen the connection with others. We will have a talent show that will cultivate a safe space for expression.
Student Loans
The mission is to educate students and parents about student loans. If you will need a student loan to attend college, this program will teach you about the different student loans available, what is a private student loan, the repayment period, how much to borrow, subsidized and unsubsidized loans. The more our young adults and parents understand about student loans, the more prepared they will feel on their college journey.
Preparedness Course
The mission of the Preparedness Course is to increase emergency preparedness as our young adults are gearing up to go off to college. This program will provide young adults with emergency response, action planning, and leadership skills that enhance their capacity for preparedness.
Therapy Session
Young adults, face a variety of challenges unique to this period of their lives. Especially with college approaching the pressure is on. The therapy session program is designed to specifically help individuals within this transitional time. Our program provides a space to address what prevents young adults from leading a connected, enjoyable, and meaningful life.
Q&A Panel
The mission is to open the floor for questions and provide answers to our students. Life is about to really take off for young adults. We want to give transparent advice to students and parents.
